While the performance itself drew enthusiastic crowds, the circulating clips have generated widespread discussion over the singer’s interaction with fans, with several social media users alleging that she was mobbed and touched inappropriately during the event, while posting videos of the singer bending down to receive gifts and flowers from her fans.

The front row is always filled with “paid crowd” who also form a security barrier between the stage and fans and prevent over enthusiastic fans throwing bottles or clothing attire at the artiste, said a prominent event manager from Mumbai on the condition of anonymity.
On the other hand, many users stressed that artists, particularly women performers, deserve to be treated with dignity and respect during public appearances. Others remarked that while enthusiasm from fans is understandable, personal boundaries should always be observed, especially in crowded public events where security can become difficult to manage.
